ANTONIO LOPEZ - ROCK BISON

One of my favorite characters in Tiger & Bunny was Rock Bison and i was greatlly dissapointed to see he was the most unpopular character from Hero TV and his merchadise reflect it. Theres almost no figures or items about him at all but i manage to find wath i think is the only figure of him outside of his Rock Bison armor, on his human hunky form Antonio Lopez.

From the brand BANPRESTO, he is from theyr series called DX FIGURE and he was incrediblly CHEAP!! He is the cheapest figure i buy in the last 10 years i think. Its pretty obvious how unpopular he is.

Sadlly, since this is from a different collection from the MASTER STAR PIECES, he is not in the same scale of my Kotetsu T. Kaburagui statue, he is half the size soo i can put them together. His quality is not as high as Kotetsu either but he is not horrible and Banpresto did a good job considering the price.

His pose is relaxed but pretty fluid and dynamic and the sculpt is really detailed. From the fur on his jacket to the sculpted hair on his chest, he is extremelly good looking. The muscles on his legs are visible under the tigth pants as well as his pecs as well.

The paint job is good tough really simplistic on his skin. His eyes are perfectly defined tough i wish the rest of the elements were this nicelly done.

I dont have too much to say that is not shwon on the photos. He is a pretty rare character for a figure soo i really apreciate Banpresto for doing him in such a nice quality. The small scale is my only real issue but they also did a Kotetsu on this same scale, the answear could buy that one too to make some company to this Bison.

KOTETSU T. KABURAGI

This was soo unexpected a few years ago. When i saw him i fall in love with his colors and scale as well, plus he was much more cheap than Barnaby!!

Kotetsu T. Kaburagi made by Bampresto, part of the Master Stars Pieces (like the last Vegeta i got) soo the quality is pretty high. He is as tall as Son Goku from the same line tough he looks taller thanks to his slim shape (yes i like slim men too) and can stand on his pwn perfectly with his big shoes tough he also comes with a small plastic square piece to use on his foot as support togh this is entirelly optional.

He is as amazing looking as Vegeta. The sculpt is extremelly sharp with his hair, beard, his wrist watch, rings, the little pearls on his tie, everything is sculpted and the level of detailis trully amazing. Of course the big scale helps a lot to bring the details to life.

His paint work is as amazing as the sculpt irself, with extremelly vibrant and strong colors, greys and cream with a beautifull green and a darker skin tone, aslo lots of shades and dhadoes in the rgth place to accentuate his shape and volume. Even the sewing on his clothes are both sculpted and painted!!

The level of quality as well as the scale really impresed me but not as much as the low price, really Banpresto is beyond amazing with pieces like this. Makes me wish they did more characters i like in this format, like the Gangsta! guys, Archer and Iskandar from Fate or the Terraformars fuys, its a shame they got stuck too much with Dragon Ball because they didnt even release Rock Bison either.
